–conf-file /home/prakash63/flume_demo/simple_example/example.conf

mpl:/usr/hdp/*’ -Djava.library.path=::/usr/hdp/ org.apache.flume.node.Application --name a1 --conf-file /home/prakash63/flume_demo/simple_example/example.conf

Would you please help on this?

@PrakashMohan You have to add the conf file in the command and the conf file location is /etc/flume/conf

flume-ng agent --name a1 --conf-file flume.conf --conf /etc/flume/conf
