Flume permission denied exception

when i try to run the flume agent using command
flume-ng agent --name a1 --conf-file example.conf

I’m getting the following exception,

thanks @annapurna , is there any criteria on giving port number , as far as i know we can give any number less than 65535

@Hariharan_Palanicham Yes, you can use any port less than 65535. If it throw error, move to another port to avoid the port issues.
