Get error when try to save avro datafile using sqoop-import with --as-avrodatafile

Get error when using sqoop import to save data with --as-avordatafile
Just starting happening, was fine previous weeks.

sqoop import
–connect jdbc:mysql://ms.itversity.com:3306/retail_db
–username retail_user
–password itversity
–table customers
–target-dir /user/daveslaf7/practice4/problem1/customers/avrodata
–fields-terminated-by ‘|’
–where “customer_state = ‘CA’”
–as-avrodatafile

add part of the import statement(after import)

-Dmapreduce.job.user.classpath.first=true

Thank you… I got the same error and used parameter suggested and its working fine… what is rge reason for the issue?
