IDE IntelliJ - Missing "Scala Class" menu item

I was trying to create a new class after creating a new package in IntelliJ Idea 2018.2 version. The day I’ve installed the IDE, it is seen. The next day after restarting Windows 10 machine it disappeared. Explored various relevant options including uninstall of IDE but of no use.
Thanks in advance for suggestions

Follow the above topic to setup IntelliJ environment in your local system.

Wait for the SBT to dump its project structure completely then you can create scala class in src/main/scala directory.

It appears the reason is due to failure to download the relevant libraries by the IDE. I think the menu option appeared after I changed the combination of scala version to 2.11.12 and sbt to 0.13.
Is there a guideline what combination of versions to be used?
