Not Able to Launch Spark with Python

Hi Team,

Could anyone help me.
I have installed Python 3.4 and followed all the set-up process
Download Spark version - spark-2.4.1-bin-hadoop2.7
Find the attachment for the error

Using Spark’s default log4j profile: org/apache/spark/
Setting default log level to “WARN”.

Could i please know what is the java version which you are using?. So that i help you in a better way.
