Not able to ssh into server. Could you please copy id_rsa to authorized_keys

I am also facing like this when tried to login.

still mktemp error

i used correct my id (shown as * below)

Sumit@DESKTOP-32C8N55 /cygdrive/c/cygwin64/home/Sumit/.ssh
$ ssh-copy-id -i id_rsa ************
/usr/bin/ssh-copy-id: INFO: Source of key(s) to be installed: “”

@s23711 Issue has taken care already. User able to login from cygwin.
We have manually copied contents of public key ( to authorized_keys


@naveenraj you can’t login to you can only login to assigned gateway.
