Unable to login after renewing subscription - very annoying

Hello,

Please provide the required authorization for my user to log into my account.
My subscription ended but I renewed 2 days back. But I am unable to log in to my account because it says “account expired”. This is very annoying as it should have been taken care of already (without someone having to raise an issue)

I am going to lose marks for my exam (at the University) because of this as the deadline is in 5 hours.
If somebody could resolve this within the next hour, it would be great and I would owe them a coffee (or Tea) !
