Cannot connect, access denied

Hi, I am a first time user.
I was going through the cca-175 video and as per the configuration i did try to connect to gw01.itversity.com with my username and password generated. but it keeps saying access denied.

same issue with connecting to winscp. access denied and it keeps asking for password.

Hi @Prajwol_Shrestha_Mul,

the assigned gateway for your user prajwolsm is gw03.itversity.com NOT gw01.itversity.com.

The assigned gateway can be seen in the labs credentials page.
Please try again with the assigned gateway.
