Today I was trying for registration for CCA 175 certification. After making payments, I received message on screen error processing your card but when I see my bank the amount was deducted from my account. I tried calling their phone but no one was answering. Kindly help me about this. Whom should contact, pls give me any email id if any one has.
if it is a failed transaction and you didnot recv any confirmation mail from cloudera then try calling your bank and raise this issue, if it is a failed transaction then the amount should be credited back to your account after a certain time limit .your bank will be able to tell you more about this.
