Oozie examples copy to local directory- not working

I am trying to copy the oozie examples that was shared during the class into my local directory. Getting below error:
[ssibbala@gw01 doc]$ sudo su - ssibbala

We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

#1) Respect the privacy of others.
#2) Think before you type.
#3) With great power comes great responsibility.

[sudo] password for ssibbala:
ssibbala is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported.

Please help. Thanks.

Are you using Itversity Server or ur own VMware?

You are in your user space. So need to switch to username.

Thanks. I am able to do that.
Now I have done all the config as required and executed the oozie job with simple java map reduce program provided in the video. I an see 2 issues.
1).It is running for a long time and not comig out.
2). I am not able to see the log for the long running job in http://rm01.itversity.com:8088/cluster
(Not even under running jobs r finished jobs).
