Setting up cloudera quickstart vm

Having followed the steps, workstation will not run still.

I have 4 G RAM
Windows 10
VMware 14 version
Cloudera quaickstart vm 5.13 version

4GB Ram is not enough to run Cloudera VM, it might get stuck.

Hi Vinod,

My complete spec is a Core Duo and do advise if to proceed asides replacing the 4GB RAM with 8 GB because my computer can only max 8GB

It may suffice when you increase to 8 GB, but based on the other processes and the OS that running your system, you might face the problem.
Cloudera minimum recommends 4GB + for the VM itself.
